It comprises a sample of 1,616 ICT devices, each assigned a condition score and traced using eReuse software based on the digital passport concept. These devices were donated by 41 entities (36 private and 5 public), refurbished by three reuse centres, and subsequently distributed to 101 intermediary organisations.
